all orders have a 30 day return policy. Afterwards there's a 60 day cost free repair policy because we understand that things happen sometimes and we are confident in the build quality. afterwards we offer "oops repairs" for any sort of problem you may come across such as: rips and tears; destroyed, damaged, or nicked electronic components; or maybe you just want a restoration/ upgrade. none of these services are free outside of the 60 day policy period. if damage is incurred due to failure to read the handy included care instructions then the repair policy is only valid for the first 30 days of product received. a return is valid as long as the ticket is submitted within the time frame. The product must me shipped back one week from the return shipping label provided. or else the ticket is void. the package must be shipped with everything except the care instruction paper. we offer replacements to all part if you prefer to either have spares incase of a rainy day or would prefer a faster means of repair.

your order will arrive in a standard box based on your shipping choice unless ordered in Las Vegas locally. Your order will arrive mostly assembled. Do NOT BEND, SIT ON, OR FIDGET with the light strips as continued excessive movement or high pressure will damage the onboard electronics. (yes, that includes the pressure of your seatbelt pressing on the electronics: WEAR YOUR SEATBELT AND REMOVE THE JACKET.(set it on your lap or something.)) if you need to fold your jacket, then please remove the light strips and loosely coil them similar to how they arrived to you. ensure that all electronic components are removed from the jacket before washing. the jacket is 100% cotton and should be washed in the same manner you would wash cotton. if you order your jacket with sleeve lights then ensure you remove everything in the sleeve including the extension cable. all metal rods should be removed to prevent oxidation and rusting within the cloth. there's 2 on each side of the left and right zipper, 3 in the hoodie, and finally one big rod in each sleeve. there's a connector from the battery to the controller so don't forget that. its easy to remove and should not be pulled hard to prevent damage. DO NOT internationally travel with this jacket. the jacket should be in your luggage or the electronics and metal rods should be removed and properly stored. If you bought this jacket then there's a good chance you attend events with security. This jacket will set off metal detectors and if needed should be removed and scanned separately from your person to prevent a misunderstanding that could lead to unforeseen circumstances. we are not responsible for your bad judgement leading to being turned away from or banned from an event. finally ensure you understand the capabilities of your hardware and that you recognize that the controller has a little reset button that can be easily pressed.
